If you are looking to stay in Taormina, then we have previously stayed at the Hotel Continental.  It is in central Taormina, with a sky terrace with magnificent views of Mt. Etna.  The Hotel Villa Belvedere is also in central Taormina.  If you prefer to be near the beach then the Hotel Panoramic is right across from the beach.

We have also stayed at the Naxos Beach resort which offers a range of options.  Also next door to Naxos Beach is the Marriott Giardini Naxos which is also located right on the beach front.
