Catania is the nearest airport. It is a 45min drive away from the venue and about 45 mins from Taormina.

Palermo is a little further away - about 3 hours drive.

Easyjet, BA & Jet2, WizzAir all fly to Sicily

Hopefully not at hot as the last couple of years, when July & August has been very hot.  Typically, after mid-August the temperature begins to cool. It will still be hot in late August, but you may need a jumper in the evening
